USPS said they have no idea what it happening. It was Marie's RTS but moving as though it's en route to recipient.

USPS carrier brought back later this afternoon. It was all wrapped in a trash bag with blue liquid leaking out. At first inspection I had expected losses. 

The box was crushed from the bottom and leaking at the top. I conclude that the box was crushed upside down causing a ruptured in the bag.

Whether they are all alive or not doesn't matter. I couldn't reship if they were because the trauma could have significantly reduced their chance of survival. 

I immediately notified the buyer and refunded their money.

I have now Opened the package and surprisingly they are all alive. One of the youngins was caught between the 2 bags in a drop of water. 

I moved them all back to their tanks for observation.
